The short version: we collect only what we need to contact you and do the job. We never sell or share it. We don't see or keep data from the networks we set up.
What we collect
When you fill out a form on this site or contact us, we collect what you give us:
- Your name and email address
- For network setup: the package you're interested in, your internet provider and whether there are kids in the house
- For websites: your business name, your current website and what you need the site to do
- Any notes or messages you send
If you become a customer, we also keep your address, phone number, the equipment we installed and the work we did, so we can help you later.
How we use it
Only to contact you about our services, schedule and perform your setup, send receipts, and help you if you ask for support. We don't send marketing lists or newsletters unless you ask for them.
What we never do
- Sell, rent or trade your information
- Share it with advertisers or data brokers
- Use tracking cookies or third-party analytics on this site
Your network
The networks we set up run on equipment you own. Your dashboard, device list and any activity it shows stay on that equipment and are never sent to us. We don't keep standing remote access to your network. If you want help later, you grant access for that visit only.
Websites we build
A website we build for you is yours. The domain, hosting and logins are in your name. If your site collects information from your visitors, like a contact or booking form, that information goes to you, not us.
Who else handles your information
We use a small number of services to run the business, such as email, payment processing and the service that receives this site's form. They process your information only to provide that service to us.
How long we keep it
We keep customer records while you're a customer and for as long as the law requires for tax and business records. If you signed up but didn't become a customer, we delete your information within one year, or sooner if you ask.
Your choices
You can ask us what we have about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we'll take care of it.
